Returns and Exchanges
The Action Network Store does not currently except returns. However, we will accept exchanges if the size or color is not what you were expecting.
You can submit an exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused. All exchanged items are subject to inspection prior to processing. Exchange shipping for different colors or sizes is complimentary within the US. We do not provide complimentary returns or exchanges for those outside of the US. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
To get started on your exchange, please contact our customer support team with details on your order number and preferred item for exchange.
The Action Network Store does not charge shipping for domestic exchanges. You will be able to make size exchanges based on available inventory.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return and process the exchange. Our team does not hold inventory on an open exchange request so we recommend sending back the exchanged item sooner than later to ensure you get the correct size.
Damaged or Missing Items
Though very rare, this can happen and in the instance that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with our team to send a new item out to you ASAP. For the fastest resolution, please send our customer support team a photo showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item and the order number. From there, we will process the new item and it will be sent directly to you at no additional cost.
